Saturday is for the Community.
June 21st: Community workout at 9am + Open House. We will kick off with a little introduction of IBX PT and will do a community workout from 9-10am (all levels welcome). We will then have an open house, access to the cold plunge and sauna, and coffee/snacks.
Sunday is for the Competitors.
June 22nd: 9am B&B. Sunday is for the Competitors. Come throw down for a signature IBX event: Barbells & Breakfast. This will be an in house mini throw down with a max lift, a mini conditioning test, and breakfast on us. Test your strength and see the new facility, while hanging with friends and sharing good vibes. The sauna and cold plunge will be open to try post competing.
