ABOUT
Saturday is for the COMMUNITY. We will kick off with a little introduction of IBX PT and will do a community workout from 9-10am (all levels welcome). We will then have an open house, access to the cold plunge and sauna, and Prophet Coffee will be slinging a special IBX drink for the grand opening.
